This week's video is about Eli Goldratt's Critical Chain an interesting book that details the importance of work processes from start to finish.

The Power of a Single Buffer Traditional project management often finds us padding each task with extra time “just in case.” However, this can lead to procrastination as we mistakenly think we have more time. Goldratt’s approach? Have one cumulative buffer at the project’s end. This strategy deals with unexpected delays more efficiently, preventing task complacency. In essence, don’t sprinkle cushions everywhere; keep a significant one for the finale.
2. The Myth of Multitasking While many of us pride ourselves on our multitasking skills, Goldratt argues for the power of focus. Juggling numerous tasks can prolong each one, much like trying to fill many glasses with a single hose. The solution? Embrace mono-tasking.
